Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; take 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your GY, and either Special Summon it (if it has been properly Summoned), ignoring its Summoning conditions, or add it to your hand (even if not).
